Title: Sick Terrapins.

I just sent an email to Pet lovers regarding about my sick terrapins. Please read below, very disappointed with them. Hi! I have 3 terrapins back home. First 2, were bought from Centrepoint Pet lovers. Another 1 was bought from VivoCity's branch a week later. Within 3 days, the one from VivoCity's branch does not want to eat nor swim in the tank. I spotted swollen eyes and a soft shell. I brought it to the vet and examined it, she said that the terrapin's health was in poor condition. It's definitely nothing got to do with my 2 other terrapins - they are both in good condition and very healthy. Unfortunately, the sick terrapin passed away. I called up your VivoCity's Branch and was very unhappy about it. To my surprise, your staffs have very poor customer service and kept passing the phone around. Never once did the introduce me and told me who I was speaking to. I went down to choose a new terrapin to replace the terrapin that passed away. I also wanted your staffs to ensure me that it will not happen again. When I got there, I chose the first terrapin. They checked for me and spotted swollen eyes. Then, they threw it back to the water again with the rest of the terrapins. Infections are contagious if he/she threw it back to where the rest of the terrapins are, the infection will spread among themselves. Why are your staffs unaware of such precautions ? I am really disappointed with your terrapins & customer service. At the end of the day, they replaced another one for me. Now, the replacement terrapin who has been with me for 4 days has the same symptoms appearing - swollen eyes, soft shell. Under the contract it states : NO MORE REPLACEMENTS. So tell me, What am I suppose to do with my current sick terrapin again ? I want a good explanation. Why are all your terrapins sick & unhealthy? It really reflects badly on your pet store.
